Super Bowl LVI Halftime: A Great Show in SoFi Stadium to Watch on Sunday

Super Bowl LVI Halftime: Show in SoFi Stadium

Last Sunday, the Super Bowl 56 entrants were revealed. The Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals advanced to the NFL Finals. The premier American sports event will take place on February 13 in Los Angeles. This year, NBC will show the final match.

The Rams defeated the San Francisco Photoniners by a narrow margin of 20:17 in the NFC Conference, and the Bengals became the AFC Conference Champions after extra time. At first, the Kansas City Chiefs led 21:3 but eventually lost to the team from Cincinnati with a score of 27:24.

This is the second time in American football history that one of the finalists plays at home, although the Rams are considered the away team this year under NFL rules. As they say, houses and walls help. This year it’s luxury walls. Sofi Stadium opened in September 2020. It took four years to build it. The stadium was built on the hippodrome site and designed as an entertainment complex with a music theater, restaurants, and a casino. The retractable roof covers the stadium and the surrounding region and is state-of-the-art.

Furthermore, during a commercial break in the middle of the game, a show contributes a significant audience to the spectacle. As is customary, the most well-known musicians do a 30-minute mini-concert. The biggest show of the year is coming to SoFi Stadium! Get ready for some of your favorite artists to take the stage during the halftime show. This year, rap and blues stars Mary Blige, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, and Snoop Dogg share the stage. Super Bowl LVI will be played on February 13 at 6:30 p.m. so that halftime will begin approximately between 8:00 – 8:30 p.m. ET.

The only time the Bengals reached the final was a very long time ago – in 1989, but they did not take the trophy. The team from Los Angeles has one win in the standings – in the 2000 playoff final. The last time Super Bowl 56 finalists played together was in 2019. Then the Rams won. But who knows, maybe the Year of the Tiger will bring the Tigers from Cincinnati a victory this time.

Tickets on resellers’ websites reach up to $5,000. All fans must present a vaccination certificate or a negative COVID test.
